I lived at the Helix Apartments with my partner for roughly 6 months during 2023 and 2024. From the get-go, we started noticing roaches in our unit, and eventually found signs of an infestation in our kitchen. We received sprays from the apartment's contracted pest control company every two weeks, and bugged bombed the unit twice, and still the roaches kept coming.
