Staff is kind, maintenance is quick. Have lived there for 2 years without issue. Very pet friendly!
Maintenance is always prompt and fast. They took care of my issue right away.
I just want to say how much I appreciate amber 😊❤️🙏… She is an incredible, amazing assistant manager she is always been very understanding, patient helpful in situations . I have lived at Helix for approximately 10 years, and throughout all these years, I have been fortunate to have good neighbors. The location is almost perfect—centrally located in Las Vegas, not too far from anything and convenient for getting around. It is also a great meeting point when family or friends come to visit because the distances are fairly convenient for everyone. Disappointed in dog park. There are several big water leaks when the sprinklers are running for the complex grass area. It creates several muddy areas in the dog park, not to mention the water waste. Also, the water fountain should be fixed because the black tub filled by the faucet is not a solution for smaller dogs. And, there's tons of poop around the park. Nobody seems concerned about cleaning up behind their dogs. I'm sure it doesn't help that the bags are outside of the fencing.
