Raymond just recently became our property manager, and the difference he has made in such a short time is incredible. From day one, he has shown that he genuinely cares about residents and their needs. When my A/C went out, he had it fixed right away — something that past management often brushed off. The complete Helix staff is amazing and very respectful from the front office to the maintenance workers. Any issues regarding our apartment is attended to promptly and with customer service.
Hi, just wanted to shed some light of real experience I've had with these lovely ladies in the office who helped me throughout my 2 months process of trying to locate here. Due to it being close to my job I didn't want any other place. I was denied not once but twice not due to my credit but do to a mishap on my background that I had to get fixed and that alone took 30 days :( anyways I aplloed 3xs like I said because we were waiting for the mishap to get off my background.
