Update after living here for about 7 months at Helix Apartments: The water is constantly being shut off in the morning when I have to go to work, so I can’t use the bathroom, brush my teeth, shower… nothing. Every time I’ve brought it up to the front office staff, they’ve been very dismissive and act like it’s completely normal. This probably makes sense because the maintenance team is just as careless.
