I have been here over a year and I absolutely love it! The rates are great. The new management team took over a few months back and have done a STELLAR job. To be honest, they inherited a fairly rough deal as there were some unresolved property issues. On that point, they have been working extremely hard and diligently communicating to tenants while chipping away at improvements day-by-day. It's beautiful here and the enhancements are appreciated. Not a terrible place to live by any means, but there are definitely better options for this price point. This building is falling apart and it's pretty poorly maintained. Trash rooms and bins are regularly overflowing, weird smells and humidity in the hallways, parking garage door is constantly breaking etc. I would definitely spend the extra $ to move into a newer building that's maintained better.
