In over 2 decades of wearing glasses, I have never had such a great experience as I did at Helio. Dr. Matthew was great with the exam, very thorough but explained everything in language I could understand. Ray did an amazing job showing me the selection and adjusting the frames to fit, like I said, in 2 decades of getting glasses, no one has ever bothered to reshape the legs of the glasses to fit my face. I had an issue with my eyes and didn't have any contacts or glasses. So instead of waiting the 10 days at my original optometrist location for new glasses, I looked online and found these guys ship out glasses in a day. When I went in. They thought maybe it would take 2 or 3 days to get there but it did end up only taking one day which was fantastic for me since I was just down to one contact. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to a friend.
I had a great experience visiting Helio Optometry, The staff was amazing, I have a give special thanks to Dr. Erica and Paige . Keep up the great work you guys are doing and I looking forward to seeing you for.future eye exams.
Amazing service, very helpful and quick turn around for glasses.
I used to think this is a good place. My last visit was utterly terrible. They have a new assistant who has no clue what she's doing. She was even racist to me by asking my ID until my doctor stopped that saying I am a regular. She blew pressure onto my eyes 5-6 times from which I barely recuperated. I am not coming to this place anymore and don't recommend it to anyone who values their health.
