April 13, 2026 - I had been wearing my glasses for two years when the temple tip broke. I randomly went to Helio to check if they could repair it. Ray assisted me and provided multiple options, and I was pleasantly surprised that the repair ended up costing me nothing. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your excellent service and support! everyone there was very professional.
I had an excellent experience at Helio Optometrist. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Erica Lei was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my eyes, which I really appreciated. In over 2 decades of wearing glasses, I have never had such a great experience as I did at Helio. Dr. Matthew was great with the exam, very thorough but explained everything in language I could understand. Ray did an amazing job showing me the selection and adjusting the frames to fit, like I said, in 2 decades of getting glasses, no one has ever bothered to reshape the legs of the glasses to fit my face. I had an issue with my eyes and didn't have any contacts or glasses. So instead of waiting the 10 days at my original optometrist location for new glasses, I looked online and found these guys ship out glasses in a day. When I went in. They thought maybe it would take 2 or 3 days to get there but it did end up only taking one day which was fantastic for me since I was just down to one contact. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to a friend.
