My stepdaughters and I had a BLAST. We were nervous but our pilot was very nice. The operation from start to finish was VERY efficient, clean and professional. Some reviews say the staff is pushy and try to up sell but we had made online reservations so there was no need to pick a course when we arrived. Great experience! Enjoyed the views and took some great photos and video. My only regret was not knowing what to expect. My family and I did the $40 ride and had a $5 coupon. It was a really quick ride, but worth it for sure.
An over all rating I would give it a fair. My visit here was on 7-28-2016 with my family. Me and my little boys rode on the Helicopter. This was my third Helicopter private tour location. I give it a fair because of the rude young lady at the front desk by the door going to the loading bay. Just as I finished paying for my ride. I realized my 2 year old little boy. My kids was very hurt. We come from Arkansas and had 11 in our party. The Young girl at front desk was very rude. My kids was very upset when we walked out the door. Thanks alot!!!!!! I wont be talked to like that by a young girl like that.
Front end staff very rude. Ruined the whole experience so we didn't even ride.
Had a great time! Pilot Eric was great! Very friendly loader Travis. We are definitely going back.
