Went to Dr Helgeson for years but he doesnt take my VSP Insurance. Wish he did as he is a great Dr. Been to many others since but their is no Dr better than Dr Helgeson.
The staff at Dr. Helgeson's office are always nice and helpful. Dr. Helgeson himself is a great doctor and listens to what you have to say. As with any doctor, there will be certain times of the day when there is a long wait but I have always been in and out within 20 minutes. Just learn to pick at what time you go better.
I have had the misfortune of visiting this office.I was forced due to scheduling and urgent need of a new prescription.I asked for an appointment and the clerk let me know that their business specialized in walk-ins.I was told the current wait was 2 hours.After filling out all the necessary forms and providing my insurance details;I was invited to wait in the mall and I would be called to my cell phone when ready.The doctor himself was quite good and very helpful.Before I received my new contacts I was told that I had to pay... read more
