We used Platzke Real Estate to sell our home in Eden Prairie. We had a contemporary house that needed extensive updating. With Ryan Platzke's advice and the expertise of a decorator that he recommended, the house was in for sale condition by the spring 2025. After several offers, we closed on the house in September. Our home sold in less than 30 days even though the market was becoming a buyers' market and home sales were slowing way down. Andrea was great at keeping us informed. As Ryan was our agent, I was surprised how little contact we had directly with him. The whole process was pretty smooth, although I think they could have done a better job of including everything on purchase agreement addendums instead of separate ones for things like noting the house was in a trust.
