I like Dr Ben. But the wait times are insanely ridiculous! I wish they had longer hrs of operation. I come from a ped Dr that was open 7am to 7pm and open on weekends
They are the best ever my kids love them so very much
Been going for a year. Only had 1 issue which was with a nurse. Baby's temp was low at her 1 week appt so they brought out a heat lamp to see if it helped. A 2nd nurse came in for some reason and moved the lamp within inches of my 1 week olds back. She began to burn. I let our regular nurse know I didn't want that girl anywhere near my baby ever again and I haven't seen her since. I probably should've changed practices at that point, but it wasn't the Dr's fault. Everything about this place is amazing an ice never heard of anything bad..
I have to say all the staff at Helgemo & Liou Pediatrics are wonderful <3 They are very helpful, caring & do a fantastic job making sure the health of my 3 boys are well taken care of. Thank you all of you for everything you guys do! I appreciate it <3
