I wanted to update my earlier review to include some positive feedback. My surgeon has always been very kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. They took time to explain the procedures clearly and were reassuring during my appointments. I had cataract surgery with this provider and unfortunately my experience after the procedure has been very difficult. Its been 2 months since surgery and I dont have functional vision. I expected better support or guidance from my ophthalmologist after surgery, especially for something as essential as restoring functional vision. Leaving a patient without clear vision and without a realistic plan or referral for medically necessary follow-up care has been incredibly frustrating.
