I have been a patient of Dr Helfrich for about three years. I have received excellent, professional care. The office staff and Optician are great. I do not hesitate to recommend the practice.
Gorgeous office and all of the employees were so friendly. I had Dr Jacob Moore and he was excellent. He was sure to not rush me through the appointment and took the time to discuss any of my concerns. I would highly recommend this office for your eye needs.
Dr. Moore was really nice and funny. I liked that he gendered me correctly and talked to me about life while we did the exam.
I was very impressed with the assistant who ran tests and Dr. Moore who gave me the results. Both were professional and caring and they both spent time to explain everything they were doing as well.
I feel as though I was robbed there . I made my Aug 3 appointment in advance with all my insurance info given to them at that time . A week prior to appointment they followed up with a detailed health history and tell me to bring old glasses etc .upon arrival of appointment I give rx list and double check if they need copy of my insurance card .
