I have been a patient of Dr Helfrich for about three years. I have received excellent, professional care. The office staff and Optician are great. I do not hesitate to recommend the practice.
Gorgeous office and all of the employees were so friendly. I had Dr Jacob Moore and he was excellent. He was sure to not rush me through the appointment and took the time to discuss any of my concerns. I would highly recommend this office for your eye needs.
Dr Helfrich and her staff continually provide top notch care. Dr Helfrich remains on top of the latest development in her field, and brings those to her office. Everything I've purchased there has been A+ quality, and dead on correct the first time (glasses, contacts, misc product), and I have faith that if ever it were not, they'd make it right immediately. I've been going to Helfrich Eye Care for over 6 years and the care has always been top-notch. What initially attracted me to Dr. Helfrich was that she does not require eye dilation for in depth examinations due to her state-of-the-art equipment. The staff is super friendly and thorough. If you purchase glasses, you not only receive a great warranty but first-class service before and after purchase from Shavonne.
If you are still scheduling your eye exam at discount chains, do yourself a favor and stop. Make your appointment here. The staff was prompt and attentive. The machines that test your eyes appeared state of the art and everyone was more than happy to explain to me what each machine did when I kept asking about them.
