Love this place. I've had my daughter in since 4 months and its always been her favourite activity. The swim teachers are lovely and are excellent at what they do, the children love them. I expect us to be attending swimming lessons here for a long time!
I have had my daughters birthday here a few times. The staff are always great and will try and accommodate anything you may need help with. I found the cost quite affordable and I always get it catered by the H.A.C. The kids love playing on the inflatable that the H.A.C. provide and when your time is up, the kids can then play in the pool. The most recent party we had here, I got feedback from some of the parents saying their child had a great time.
Wouldn't recommend going here for hydrotherapy. They literally kick you out of the indoor pool at 3pm when the kid classes start cause they take priority over everyone else even though I've also paid. Went at 2:30 today to be told I couldn't go in as they were fixing the pump and that I'd still have to be out by 3 so couldn't go in after driving all the way there wasting my time, energy and petrol. The outside pool is too cold to do hydrotherapy. And only having 3 hrs to use the indoor pool from 12-3 isn't really long enough... read more
We recently hosted our son’s 6th birthday party at Rackley Swimming Pool in Helensvale, and it was absolutely amazing! We did a walk-in party with prior notice, and the entire experience was seamless. We simply paid for the kids’ entry, grabbed some coffees and slushies, and were provided with two fantastic tables reserved undercover in the shade.
