I had ordered flower's for my mom for Mother's Day. With being busy at work, of course I ordered a bit last minute. I was able to order with Helene's Florist the day before Mother's Day. While working I received a phone call that only a specific arrangement was made available for delivery and was asked if that was alright before she proceeded with the order. I advised her that it was fine. She let me know when the flower's were out for delivery and my mom loved them!!
Helene’s was contracted by a larger agency to deliver a same day sympathy arrangement. She trxted the recipient but never attempted delivery. The recipient called to ask about the delivery and the florist was always “out of the shop” and could not confirm the address or who sent them. She even said since she couldn’t deliver she shredded the paperwork. The agency said she told them she couldn’t deliver due to snow (on a 50 degree day).
