I am a patient who takes a medication (quetuiapine)-seroquil for psychosis. I run out Friday and call them to ask for a refill they say the Dr has to write it but it will be ready in 72 hours. I call pharmacy today (monday) to check and nothing yet. I recieve a call from the nch office stating i need to be seen in person before My medication can be refilled. Hygienists are amazing. Support staff has done all of my procedures. Very great place. However, actual dentist has never spent more than 60 seconds with me.
