Such nice folks! They repaired a storm window for me while I waited as I live some distance. It works like a charm! Most importantly, they didn’t act like I was an idiot for wanting to fix or replace the window. Other retailers had been dismissive and not helpful. Great customer service!! I am recommending to all my friends in the area!
