I've taking my kids here for years but now I'm thinking it's time to switch. You never know what you're going to get when you call and ask any questions. I'm trying to get information about the flu shot and Ashley at the front desk was so unbelievably rude unprofessional and for no reason and hung up on me. I don't understand why having people who are obviously not good with social interaction answer phones. We are very happy with this clinic! They have a lot of availability and have been very communicative. The billing dept. is great too!
My children were patients here a few years back. Prior to covid, the wait times were awful. During covid, I ended their care here when I was told they could not fill a prescription over the phone, because they could not provide adequate care. So I agreed to schedule an appointment- to which I was told ALL non-sick appointments had to be done over the phone. Dr Green is absolutely great! I am a first time mom, who is full of anxiety and she has always made a point to listen. Regardless of its anxiety or not. An absolutely amazing Pediatrician who I would suggest to anyone!
