We switched from another pediatric clinic and have been so, so happy with the care our three children receive at Helena Pediatrics. The front office staff are all welcoming and kind. They are easy to schedule with and we never have any trouble getting appointments. The medical assistants have also always been great to deal with. Over a 3 year timespan, my older 2 children have missed about 6-8 appts. And then I had another child in 2023, and she's missed a few appts since being born. All 3 of my children were discharged from their care in the middle of a RSV and Adenovirus diagnosis. I've now been sitting in the hospital with my 16 month old for the last 2 days because, "oh it's just a cold go home and push fluids." I am compelled to share my negative experience with Dr. Augustine. My daughter received a misdiagnosis, and we were mistakenly informed that she did not sustain any fractures, even though no X-ray was taken. However, three days later, Helena Orthopedics accurately diagnosed her with a broken bone. I found Dr. Augustine's response to my concerns to be inadequate; she merely stated, "hmm, that's weird." Dr. Green is amazing and has been wonderful with our two kids. We have never had any problems at Helena Pediatric and the staff are always friendly and helpful as well. The on-call doctors are great too.
