Dr. Liptakova is the sweetest, most soft spoken lady and competent doctor. I recommend her office to all of my friends with children. I was a patient of Doctor Liptakova's when I was young until I turned 18. I moved put of El Paso and when I came back I made sure I got an insurance that allowed Dr. Liptakova to be my twins primary doctor. The clinic is a little small, so sometimes the wait is a bit long, but I don't mind because Dr. Lipakova always takes the time to talk to each patient, listen, access and explain. Lovely staff, NPs, and Dr. Not a long time wait. Exams are not rushed. They answer all your questions and if you forget to ask a question you can call back and leave a note for the NP or Dr with the staff if the NP or Dr are with a patient at the moment and you get a callback same day.
Dr Liptakova is so kind and amazing to my children. I have a 4 year old 1 year old and newborn whom she sees and she explains everything to me during checkups as to what to expect and as well as wellness she has been wonderful she is thorough & makes my kids feel comfortable. The nurses there are also very kind ! They remember faces and let me know they pay attention
