Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. All employee were awesome. But particularly Nicole, the lady who was working the check in at the service desk. I was 10 hours from home on a trip to Helena when my truck broke down. Limped it into the dealership and talked with Nicole. Not only did she help me right away, she actually diagnosed the problem before they ran the diagnosis. She knew here stuff. Bought a vehicle from Sean at Helena motors. The purchase was quick and they had me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Helena motors was straight forward and didn't waste my time. Thanks again for the quick and straightforward price.
Do not recommend for Ford service. The lack of communication from the service department to myself was beyond unacceptable. I received no diagnoses before work was started on my 2017 F350, was prematurely told the repairs were completed (advisors didn’t even know what color my truck was) and they have still not resolved the issues for why I brought the truck in, in the first place. Had an appointment for 3 weeks at Helena Ford for 2 recalls and another few other things to look at, dropped the car at 11:00 (which was the appointment time) waited 3 hours before they told me it hadn’t even looked at it and wouldn’t get to it that day. They said they had 3-4 people quit the week before and the Toyota service was helping the Ford service and visa versa.
