I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office, particularly during a phone call regarding the rescheduling of an appointment. What should have been a simple scheduling matter turned into an interaction that I found unnecessarily disrespectful and unprofessional. Helen Barold is one of the rudest, most condescending, mean, angry, narcissistic human beings I’ve ever encountered in my life. This person is not a doctor, she’s a terror. Save your time, money, and energy, and never go here. It’s a shame anyone walks through the doors to face her. She doesn’t value any of her patients or staff. My son went to her and had the worst experience of his life.

The experience with the front office staff was extremely unprofessional. The person that claims to be the "Office Manager" is very rude and unprofessional. I have documented proof of the experience with this staff member if Dr. Barold is ever interested in how her staff treats people. I refer a lot of people to cardiologist on a daily bases and I would not recommend my worst enemy to this office.
