Maybe if you are an in-person client they treat you well, but I did remote online therapy and it was terrible. No one reads the intake paperwork. I specified that I didn’t want a male therapist, and after they took my copay they switched me to a male therapist. Both therapists I ended up talking to made a point to tell me they didn’t read the intake paperwork either.
