I witnessed a really disappointing experience here and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I witnessed some truly unprofessional behavior towards another customer and their mother while I was there. Not only did they refuse to give her the color she had asked for, but they also spoke poorly about her and the mom right in front of her. I absolutely love Helen Nails. Helen and Kenny and everyone else there are sweet, funny and helpful. My nails always look amazing, the shop is clean and comfortable. I used to hate getting my nails done, the process was overwhelming and with some places, intimidating. But not here. I just got "Christmas nails" and I'm so happy. Everyone in the shop wanted to see Helen's work!
