I absolutely adore Helen Forte. Sadly making an appointment now takes over 30 minutes to reach anyone at the office. Transferring my kids to somewhere else now due to that issue. They need a better system. We will miss her. Banner get with the program. Shouldn’t take so long to get a hold of someone. Nor should we have to answer 15 questions just to get an appointment scheduled. Hope things change.
