Haunted !!!! Extremely creepy vibes .. please READ this place was built in 1936. Which makes it 85 years old. First : Most of the residence there are above the age of 50. The building has no gyms . & no amenities besides old design pool . The carpet in the hallways are very dirty , stained & smelly . There is no concierge nor security! The management is probably run by old acceptance or landlord . They’re beyond unprofessional & unwelcoming to even guests! We were charged $200 for having a small dog because the building rule... read more
The building’s architecture is unique and a must see. An Art Deco gem from 1936, excellently maintained, clean and quiet pool, great neighbors... Located in Miami’s best kept secret area, the neighborhood is safe, quiet, very friendly, and a living museum for Art Deco lovers. Best place in Miami I’ve been so far! I’ve been everywhere... Aventura, Key Biscayne, Sunny Isles, Brickell... but no place was as cool and attractive as this one. I highly recommend it for everyone. Also just 1 block away from the beach!
I was staying at an Airbnb located across the street from where this pool was located. The door was wide open, and my boyfriend and I went to sit in the garden area. We were confronted by a woman who yelled at us and said she would call the police and have us arrested. She also accused me of climbing the gate to get inside the complex. I kindly explained to the woman that she can simply just ask us to leave and that there was no need to call the police.
