Seeing Helen has been life changing for my whole family. Helen has helped my grandma with back pain that she has had for over 40 years that no one has been able to help her with. She has also helped me to have so much more energy and sleep better! If I could I would give Helen 10 stars!

Helen is very experienced and skilled with acupuncture treatment. I have been to Her for 7 months. She effectively treated my old lower back pain and knees injury, and the whole body acupuncture treatment also helped me strengthened other areas. My sleep is better than before. Now I can fall asleep very fast. Highly recommended.
Hi my name is Russell and I when I first met Helen I had a bad back and a fat tummy and high blood pressure and was having blood noses. So after a few weeks of Helens treatment my tummy is looking better, face has natural colour and no blood noses and also sleeping better I’ve never tried Accupunture before Not even my doctor suggested this treatment but I’m certainly glad I did
