Helen has helped me so much, I came to see Helen 6 months back because of issues on PCOS, sever bloating and fatigue. In the first session itself Helen helped reduce my bloating. I’ve seen a drastic difference in my body since I’ve continued accupuncture. The reason I come to Helen is because she cares, she really cares to heal you. I have been seeing Helen for three months now. At the start, I went for a consultation for my shoulder pain and Helen was patient in explaining the therapy plan to me. It is my first time doing acupuncture and Helen is professional and caring throughout the process. I have positive outcomes with pain management and posture improvement due to my round back issues.
I have suffered from acute lower back pain for years and tried everything – including acupuncture – with little lasting relief. I had been seeing Helen for about 4 weeks before my back completely went out, and even in that time I noticed positive changes – better sleep, glowing skin, more energy, and less bloating. I've had my 4th session with Helen so far and it has been a beautiful experience. Not all acupuncturists are the same and Helen has her own unique gift and im so grateful for it! i know how i felt before my first session ( a complete mental block and couldnt study properly) my symptoms have been getting better since then! Helen has a very nurturing and a compassionate presence. highly reccommend :)
