I've had my 4th session with Helen so far and it has been a beautiful experience. Not all acupuncturists are the same and Helen has her own unique gift and im so grateful for it! i know how i felt before my first session ( a complete mental block and couldnt study properly) my symptoms have been getting better since then! Helen has a very nurturing and a compassionate presence. highly reccommend :)
