I visited Dr. Vu as she states she has a specialty in understanding PCOS. She is the only provider I have ever seen that has given me legitimately false information surrounding PCOS. She actually said that I have PCOS as a result of me being “fat”. She actually used the word fat - which of course is wildly insulting and also unprofessional. Not to mention, any provider can tell you PCOS does not develop as a result of being overweight, but in fact is much more complex than that. She wasn't going to do my son's circumcision because she didn't think she had enough time before her shift was over. Then she rushed back in and said she would do it quickly. The circumcision wasn't done properly, and he ended up needed to be put under anesthesia at the age of 6 weeks so that the urologist could revise the circumcision.
I needed therapy after the traumatic and painful experience I had with her.

She was a joke!! My doctor in the practice retired. I decided to stay with the practice because I figured they had all of my records. I'm 60 and had a hysterectomy in 2020 removing everything except both my ovaries. Dr. Vu could not figure out why surgent left my ovaries. She said, I could see if you were 40, but 60?? I felt as if at 60, she thinks your life is over. Told me there was no reason for me too see her. What about Menopause?? The doctor was rude, rushed, and not at all thorough.
Dr. Vu is fantastic-- really listens to her patients. Hard to get a new patient appointment (took me over three months) but was worth it. Office runs on time, the staff are friendly and professional, and while Im sure they listen to people all day they dont make you feel like they are sick of listening to your problems. Dr. Vu herself is so fantastic and friendly-- she clearly wants to know her patients. She does a thorough exam, including areas other than your pelvis! so glad i found her
