Do not waste your time. Office staff unsympathetic to disabilities and accommodations. Had scheduled a new patient appointment 3-4 months in advance. Was given an appointment time (9.30am Wednesday). Received a text message on both the Monday and Tuesday of my appointment week, both messages confirmed my appointment time as 9.30 Wednesday.
