Helen is a complete dream as my primary care practitioner. She’s professional, smart, and engaging. She treats me with warmth, respect, and humor, and she listens and attends to what I have to say. She gently challenges me to address issues I’m resistant about (hello, colonoscopy!), and is clear about her ideas and the reasoning behind her suggestions. I think she is a terrific FNP!
I have only seen Helen twice so far but am quite happy with her. She is genuinely caring, communicative, caring and easygoing. She follows through on things. I feel very confident in her knowledge and experience. I'm happy to have chosen her as my PCP and anticipate continuing to develop a very positive patient-health care provider relationship with her.
I am always treated with respect and friendliness when I visit her office.
