Dr Fiscella is a very caring dentist, communicates well on treatment being done and advises on projected issues for future attention. Assistants and administrative staff are wonderful in making you feel they truly care in supporting needs. Always feel comfortable with treatment there.
We LOVE her and the whole practice. Even my kids go there and have been since they were 2. She won’t aggressively over address minor dark spots, she’s watches them and tries specific fluoride toothpaste until she is 100% sure they can’t be resolved and must be filled. She takes time to review your films and answer your questions. Her office staff are super friendly and the hygienists are calming and sweet to my children.

Helen Fiscella is lacking in dentistry, people and professional skills. Do not expect a meaningful discussion about your oral health
It is obvious that Dr. Fiscella cares more about making money than she does about her patient. I really wish that this practice was left with just Dr. Piascik. It has turned in to much like a "puppy mill".
They changed an appointment time (I have a card showing the original time) without specifically telling me, then blamed me for the confusion, telling me that I had received an appointment reminder call and should have paid more attention to the time given (I am not certain that the time was actually stated on that call). The dentist filled several abfractions on my teeth but gave me no information as to the cause of the problem or indication that the fillings would likely have to be redone.
Dr. Fiscella took over the practice of my longtime dentist and she has continued his excellent professional care. The office is well-staffed and well organized.
Dr. Fiscella is very professional. She has successfully diagnosed several problems including my nighttime teeth grinding. She recommended and fitted a custom mouth guard that resulting in allowing me to have a very good nights sleep each night. Thank you Dr.
