We had a great experience. The food was yummy and though my original order got messed up our waitress made everything right and gave us more than we expected. We'll definitely go back when we visit again! Ohh and their drinks are amazing!

It's a little off the beaten path but well worth the stop! The pizza was awesome! Definitely would order again. Glad we had a few pieces to snack on later. Our server was terrific and we got our food quickly. Nice water view out back!
We are tourist and decided to try Helen Back. We waited over an hour for our pizza. No explanation was given. Do not go with hungry people!
Came to support a friend's charity. Bartender was extremely rude. Kitchen was out of nachos, egg rolls, and then tried to order a pizza and they were out of white sauce. Bartender then charged us for a pizza that was already paid for. After confronting her on this she snapped at us. Very disappointing.

First time here. The service was friendly. Pizza was excellent and we love the outdoor seating. Will definitely come.
We entered the Helen back in Niceville there were 6 customer's in the whole restaurant..No one acknowledge our presence. We sat down one bartender, 2 server's and I believe a manager. It took 10 minutes for one of the servers to come to the table ...I have heard the sevice has really gone down hill .. It's sad cause they really have great pizza ... Although we enjoyed our visit with friends that we hadn't seen in a long time, our first visit with Helenback was absolutely terrible. Food took forever! We ordered an appetizer and pizza. The mozzarella sticks came out after a while burnt and cold(we were starving because of waiting, so we ate them anyways). We didn't even get the chance to eat our pizza because we had to leave and still paid full price for everything. All we heard was excuse after excuse, and no problem solving.
My husband and I eat here all the time,we live in Fort Walton Beach. And although their service is not good and the building is falling down, their Pizza is great so we keep coming back and we bring friends and family when they're in town. But tonight when we walked out to get in our vehicle we were blocked in by a big truck from Texas.
