If you want sub par food, awful service, and no refills, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!
If you want piss poor management, 1hr waits on one pizza, no refills, warm beer. This is your place to eat!! Mind you the place was empty!! Horrible is an understatement. Surprised you are still in business!!
Went there 2 nights for drinks. Not bad at all. Had local friends tell me the pizza was great. Very disappointed. Pizza sucked. And the service was terrible. The waitress told us it would be 45 minutes for the pizza because they were busy. ask if we wanted appetizers because of wait. We ordered two. An hour later we got our pizzas and one appetizer. Look people, it's always had that kind of service, that's why it's called Hell n back now you can say you have been!
We have eaten at Helen Back several times but last night the service was awful! The server initially forgot one of the drinks, then we got the pizzas before our appetizers-which came as desert, and then we didn't get our drink refills until we were finished with our food. No compensation was offered. I was VERY disappointed!!! I would have given a 4 star rating before this, but not sure we will even go back.

Had a white Holi Bowli! OMG!!! DElicious! And the atmosphere is fun...right on the bay... Foosball tables, music! I'll be back!!
By far, my favorite job ever! Great staff and the customers are practically family!!! Come out and see us. Specials almost every day!!!
Some of the best pizza I've ever eaten! And this fat boy has eaten a lot! You'll think it's a dive bar, but don't let that fool you. Great atmosphere. Enjoy great pizza next to the pier. Can't say enough good things about this place. We go every year while on vacation.
Love the pizza! We had a great waitress tonight too!
