Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
My child sees these doctors and it has been very helpful in his treatment. He requests to keep seeing them and I have no objections. I would recommend them for other adolescents who face what my child faces.
They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. They only cared about what would save them the most money. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. He was the most condescending man I have ever spoken to! I do NOT recommend!
