The wait is long, in the waiting room and in back as well. His office staff are the most incompetent and rude staff I have ever met. They don't care how long you have been going there or what your situation and illnesses are. They constantly hang up on people, lose files, notes and refuse patients to see or speak to Dr. Campos. I went to the doctor, ending up waiting 2 hours past my appt time. Then, I saw the doctor, no greeting or concerns. all you saw is the back of the doctor's head. the receptionist were horrible in letting you know what's going on. it a waste of time of going to this doctor office.
Absolutely horrible. The office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. I've been going here for four years and the wait is always 1-2 hours. I've stuck it out because I do like Dr Campos, but my experiences recently have made it not worth it. The receptionists and nurses at this office are rude and completely incompetent. Not even a great doctor is enough to make up for having to deal with them.
Had to sit and wait for 2 1/2 hours and was my first ever visit there... then once i got in the room i spent more time w nurse and only saw the back of the dr's head most of the time... idk what his face looked like bc i really only saw the back of his head.. will not recommend this dr office!
This is the worst doctor ever, and Dr. Richard Moro fatal, unprofessional, arrogant, they are always behind in the office and blame the patient for it. He use to have 20 patient in the office and he goes walking like a zombie and eating like a pig. I don't recommend this two doctors ever. Bad, bad!!!!
I think that if you don't speak Spanish, don't go there staff love to mess up paperwork and lose paper and Allie will say that its not there problem because her staff don't understand English and also my word is poop to them and Spanish people or Peruvian people staff word is gold refused to do anything about my complaints with her staff.
The worse doctor and unprofessional employees. None of them have education to be doing a Medical Assistant job.
