I'm a current tenant of the apartment building on 120 Glynn ct. The last year of living here has been nothing short of a disaster. Poor security for the building, constant water issues, and heating problems. Our boiler has been out for the past 6 months or so and still hasn't been replaced. Management took their time getting the parts to replace it and lied to us making sound like it was running and would be turned on when it was cold enough when in reality it wasn't working. Lived there from July 2018 to November 2021 when the decided to put me out cause I was living month to month my unit was the only studio was not updated and they're knew they could get 300 dollars more if they updated it then they charged me 750 dollars for leaving items in the unit which was infested with roaches that's why I couldn't take anything with me don't rent from them 709 Hazelwood is infested with roaches and mice they are terrible
They don't deserve no stars! They do not keep up their properties and they allow the tenants to do the same! Do not rent from them!!!!!!
Phil should be fired Stay away. Rude unprofessional. They do not care about people in general just the dollar. If you are desperate this is the rental company for you. They should be put out of business
