The Heka House completely changed my life. I came into the house a lifeless shell of who I once was and through the structure, support, routine, and a bit of fun at the house, I walked out completely opposite than when I came in. Their system works if you just trust the process and believe in the staff. I got the privilege of meeting some incredible people and going to some amazing meetings.
