I love this office
You were so busy jamming me up with add ons that i didnt ask for you didn't give me what I needed. I'm on medicaid yet you treat me like I have deep pockets. I had to forego anti-glare because i didn't know you added $125 no line trifocals.. it took 3 round trips @ 40 miles each & ovver a month to get my glasses. I was offered anti-glare with a 30% discount for their mistake.. i needed it but wasn't giving you anymore of my money I sent a letter to the manager of my dissatisfaction..but nothing.. no response.. zero empathy f... read more
