On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at around 9:00 a.m., I encountered an ignorant Black employee at your establishment when I came to pick up my bifocal eyeglasses. I wrote my name in the register and remained in the waiting area waiting to be called. This employee was comfortable calling the people with so called American sounding names but refused to call my name because it sounded and looked foreign.
