I am so extremely SORRY that these people are involved with me. I got told that my stuff that is in storage which i am paying for and we are talking about thousands of dollars worth of important equipment is going to be disposed of after a certain amount of time. Although you have to rate in order to post I can't even give a star, considering what these people have done to me. Sent the petition to gain my assets to the wrong address so I didn't make the hearing, thereby gaining control of my home and selling it; locking me up in nursing homes where I don't belong (Medicare and Medicaid will not pay because George ordered an OBRA exam at the first nursing home, which I passed, yet here I sit in my fourth nursing home); stealing my money including my stimulus checks; not providing ban... read more
Terrible reliability, always snappy when u bring up your right, they illegally do more than what the judge says they can do in a gardian relationship, doesn't take responsibility for their actions, acusses that your being wrongful when u r talking in a calm quite but to the point demeanor and they r the ones making the oh so judgfull snarky remarkes, with hold your money from you, constantly making backward remarks about what your saying ,doesn't like being told their wrong, puts u in the hospital for no reason what so ever,... read more
Regarding Guardianship: Terrible communication, follow up, support, empathy, etc. I would strongly suggest taking a second look before getting into any type of relationship with this law group.
Don't go here. I went here for legal advice & the owner from this firm set it up with medilodge nursing home in sterling heights, michigan to remove me from my brothers guardianship. I've been his guardian for 20 yrs with no court issues. This is about end of life cash out. Kickbacks, 1 hand washes the other. No care or concern for caring, family members & especially no care 4 the patient. Evil, money driven narcissist. The judge ended up on the news for being pro-guardianship agency, anti- family.
