It just occurred to me that I never gave these people the review they deserve. Me and my loves rented from them for a few years. They were always the kindest people. Always happy to see us when we came in to pay rent or discuss any issues. When we were looking to get a place, they responded almost immediately and showed us around multiple properties until we found one that worked for us. The landlord is a WONDERFUL lady - I couldn't ask for a better couple to rent from! (Her husband works on acquiring and fixing up properties, and she rents them out). They are both hardworking, lovely people: really nice, and great to work with. They're understanding, patient, and very caring, quick to fix typical maintenance problems that arise, as well as difficult fixes too... I've very-much enjoyed being their tenant these past 18 months ☺️ thanks guys!
Neva and Josh have been such Awesome landlords. They are really more like family. They are so helpful and willing to help anyway they can. They have been my landlords for almost 4 years now and I couldn't ask for better.
