Very happy with the office service Dr Heit took the time to explain the process to me. Answered all my questions and worked hard to fit my procedure in his very busy schedule
Dr Heit was very thorough and patient. He took the time necessary to address all my concerns
Checking in was efficient, signs were around to make expectations clear, and the staff behind the desk was kind. Dr. Heit made speaking about my concerns and checking up comfortable and he is very knowledgeable.
No wait time. Everyone was friendly. Dr Heit was very nice and friendly.
Very nice, and my initial visit went well but thereafter became less responsive and left me with an infection for sometime. Prioritized some things over others but didn’t convey reasoning or collaborate with me given my symptoms .
It was the most unpleasant doctor's visit I've ever had. Unprofessional conduct, and insensitive to concerns. I felt absolutely uncomfortable and disrespected. He just gave me expensive tests to do at home that were not covered by insurance and did not inform me. If I hadn't done research online I would be in hundreds of dollars in debt now. I didn't do all the tests after I figured it out, and just went to a much better doctor, who diagnosed me correctly, and my insurance covered it all. I just want to inform others who are... read more
I loved Dr. Heit. Everyone at the surgical center was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He is a jokester which I have read some comments that people don't appreciate that, but I find it comforting that he shows a human side and is trying to make light of a slightly embarrassing procedure. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you to Dr. Heit and the entire Ridgedale Surgery Center staff!
I had scheduled a colonoscopy with Dr. Heit on Nov. 13 2023. After the requisite prepping for a full 24 hours in advance and showing up at the office for the procedure I was told that Dr. Heit had to cancel. I understand that things happen, but there was no notification prior to my arrival at the office, no offer to find some other resource in network that day to do the procedure, no offer of rescheduling whatsoever. He has been my family Doctor for at least 35 years. His knowledge is far beyond his specialty and we have consulted with him and he has provided us with the correct compass. Above all he is compassionate
