Buffet was subpar. All the items were unseasoned and not very hot. Pizza station was good but slow. Wait staff un professional and I experienced lots of dirty dishes. The shrimp and grits was bland and cold. Waitress never brought our table extra napkins, or clean glassware or salt, pepper and ketchup as requested.
We all had a fantastic time at my only daughter’s 21st bday last night. I don’t drink beer but it was the celebrants choice to have her party at this place. Of course, it was my first time visit so did with my other friends. But the service was excellent! Our server Robert is awesome and the best! WOW! Amazing atmosphere, excellent service, great food.!!! Chris was out server and we had a ball. You gotta try the pizza with the balsamic on it!!!! And the brunch buffet was the best I've been to in Charlotte... Kudos
Please STOP doing "brunch". It was awful. $19 per person for barely warm buffet food. 4 people at $19. We could have had a great meal for that. I enjoy your lunch but doing brunch is a major mistake. My experience made me never want to come back for normal lunch. Stick to what you are good at.
