My experience at the dealership was fine, all the employees were very friendly and professional. Now let's talk about the pricing, Heiser is way out of line with their prices. The only reason I had my car done there was because my normal shop was booked and my wife just had foot surgery. My point is there is no way in HELL that front breaks and a oil change should be 800 dollars. Parts at the local auto zone or Orelleys at like 260 dollars.
