The Oil Change on my car was done on a timely basis, and the car came back cleaner than I had it.I can't ask for anything more. There is one thing I had wanted to ask, but I had forgotten to.
Jeff was very welcoming. My truck was done exactly how I needed it to be.
The Actual work was good. Problem was that I made the appointment to drop the car off on May 30. The appointment was made for July 7. I was told it would be about a week to fix. There was virtually no communication. I called them every week for the next four week only to be told it would be another week. The week of July 7, their only Tech and Painter was on vacation, and again, they let us bring the car in without telling me they didn't have a Tech or Painter and I wasn't told until July 14 their Tech and Painter was on vac... read more
