have my in for the third time for the same issues. im losing money every day i dont have my car. i will never buy or use their service department again. i highly recommend everyone goes somewhere else.

My daughter bought a used Ford F-150 in the middle of December, It is now January 16th and the truck has been towed to the shop twice because it would not start and now we have the first heavy snow and the 4 wheel drive won’t work. When my daughter contacted Heiser they said it was not their problem. Don’t buy a used car from them they don’t check them out and once it’s off the lot they don’t care. I am looking at buying a new F-250 but it won’t be from Heiser.
It was after hours when I had a flat tire and the service manager was AWESOME with helping my wife and I get back on the road! We appreciate your prompt courteous service!

Collectively, I think very highly of Heiser! I applied for a Lot Attendant Position at the Ford Store, and the Operations Manager of all 5 Stores helped me out completely, which I'm thankful for, because mild anxiety about my being in a new place seemingly caused me to fill out my Application with my Last Name as my First, and my First as my Last! Hahaha...I was also about 45 minutes late from what I quoted I'd be there for an Interview, so that didn't help, but luckily, the Service Manager was out. So I'll wait until I hear... read more
The guys in service are awesome! Mike in service is one that sticks out. He goes above and beyond. He even knows what I would and wouldn't do to repair my car. Talk about great service.
