Heise had very friendly employees. They explained thing well and gave me a few options of what I could when I needed a new AC unit. The ones who came to do the install were friendly and efficient. And they left my home cleaner than when the started. As a surprise bonus, I just received a gift from them in the mail. A cooler bag...and...cookies! I was very moved by the personal touch. We called about a broken air conditioner at 6:57 AM and within the hour we had someone at our home and in the next hour we had a functioning unit all taken care of under warrantee. Can't say enough about the excellent service. Thanks!!
Excellent customer service! Replaced our entire HVAC system in 3 1/2 hours and took the time to properly (and neatly) seal the exterior of the house, which had previously not been done. They took care of submitting everything to get our rebate as well. We HIGHLY recommend this company!
Another company came to look at our a/c; the guy was rude and acted like he didn't want to be there in the first place. He said we needed a new unit, but didn't explain why. Heise came out, explained to us WHY we needed a new unit and we got a quote. They replaced our unit on Monday. They were nice and courteous and the system is great!! Thank you so much!!

From my first phone call to having our new unit put in this morning, I could tell customer service was their top priority! The owner came out to give us an estimate the same day I called and was honest with us about what we needed but was not pushy in any way. Their receptionist was very kind and easy to work with and was very efficient throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend the sweet and hardworking people of Heise for your heating and cooling needs!
