Pastries are great, drinks are fine. Service is so so. After today I may not go back. I dropped in to get a chai and a scone. When I went in there was a lady at the counter having a conversation with one of the workers. They obviously knew each other and where chatting. I was full view of the barista and he made no effort to move things along, instead just kept talking to the customer. This went on for at least 2 minutes and then he took her order! I called in an order today, and they were so respectful and easy to make an order with over the phone. I asked about the special and was given the low-down and great customer service. I love this place so much. They make me so happy.
