Homey, but chic. Relaxing, but live with the hustle and bustle of bakers, bussers, and brunch lovers. You can watch the team put love into every product while you enjoy your delicious breakfast from the coffee bar. Kate and Scott work side by side with their employees without being overbearing or micromanaging. A darling neighborhood joint that always feels welcoming, because it actually is.
Love everything above this place � Great service and food
Greeted warmly by staff. They made suggestions and answered our questions. The bacon jalapeño hand pie was amazing as wS the special of the day breakfast sandwich. Deliciously great way to start a rainy weekend.
The food is good, but I'm sorry to say I'll probably never come back. The service and attitude of the employees leaves you feeling sorry you walked through the door. When we walked in, there were 6 employees working - each turned and saw us, but none of them greeted us or asked what we wanted. When we asked about a recommendation, the employee said, "Well here's the menu." Not very pleased that I spent so much money here.
The food is inventive and always fantastic, and we love the people!
Had the Hot Lentil Patty Melt on Sourdough Bread. Fresh greens and Tomatoes with just the right amount of mustard. Yummy. Also bought an Applet tartlet to take home for dessert tonight. I'll be back.
