I went there after a Purdue basketball game this February with my family and the food (that they still had available) was quite frankly unimpressive as it was overpriced and lacked flavor (unless excessive salt is your desired flavor). Item after item that we ordered was no longer unavailable and the kind waitress kept returning to bring us this unfortunate news. Went with friends and enjoyed EVERYTHING we ordered. Great appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. Billy and Troy were outstanding. Really loved the bison and osso bucco!
I've never heard of a communal table. The restaurant was empty and I had a reservation for 5. We were seated with strangers that had children... Asked to be moved and no openings (despite your 20 empty tables.) The waitress was extremely rude and you had no drinks we tried to order. We promptly left, went to Digby's and had a MUCH more enjoyable experience.
It was a sensory delight. I went to the Sunday brunch and it was very yummy. I would definitely go again!
Its all nice, accomodating and delicious. Great value for the Lafayette nice restaurants.
