It is clear that Ashley does not have any experience doing hair. The color turned out nothing like what I wanted. I wanted high lights and low lights for a dimensional look but received an all over color brown. I discussed my dissatisfaction with her, in which, she tried to charge me to fix it. After speaking with her manager, she said she would fix it at no additional charge. Then she spent an additional 2 hours trying to fix it. I came from out of town and had heard this place was the top! I went in for a hair style for a big event I had. Walk in and after several minutes I was told I couldn’t be seen because I had my 6 yr old with me (mind my son was on his tablet not even taking). I understand there are some places like spas who don’t allow them. However, there were other kids same age doing their hair.
