This funeral home service is nothing that I would recommend to anyone, never mind a family grieving the sudden loss of their young family member. There was absolutely no communication from the "directors," or anyone standing around in a suit. No one filled the mourners in on where to be for the cortege, not even where the bathrooms were. No simple amenities other than a water fountain tucked into a side hall. The deceased, quite bluntly, looked terrible.
