Extremely responsive! Called and needed my dryer fixed over the holiday week. They were able to get a guy to come out and fix it on the day after Christmas (3 days later) Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
Just bought a washer and dryer from Heins and they had great customer service. Would recommend them to everyone.
