We recently purchased a new GE 5 cu ft washer/dryer set from Heinz - AMAZING all around! I was able to do as many towels in one load in the new washer that took me three loads in my old one! 🤯 Service, price, delivery...all of it 5 stars!! Very honest and awesome people! Such a breath of fresh air to get away from the big box stores. They service what they sell, (and what they didn’t). Financing available, I just got my new dryer 6 months interest free. When I called for service they were very fast to get the service done. They were honest enough to tell me I just had to unplug my refrigerator for a day and plug it back in. They are #1 in my book! Thanks!
What a great experience! I had an issue with a two year old laundry machine. When the manufacturer wouldn’t help, Heins went above and beyond to help me out! Not the first purchase from them, and won’t be the last. Forget the big box stores, buy from Heins!
Great company. We have purchased a Frig., washer and dryer over the years. I was having a minor problem with my frig. and stopped in for some help. They went way out of their way to help me get the problem solved. Hats off to everyone!!
