Professional and great work and affordable
Have had a great experience with Heinrichs over the last several years. They recently completed the HVAC rough-in for our project in Milwaukee, which was a good-amount of work, yet was still completed in one business day. Would highly recommend - Steve and his crew are great.
I asked for advise because my upstairs radiators were running too long (hot). They recommended TRVs. Had them installed and now those rooms are too cold. I asked them to remove them, at no cost and they refused. The said I should buy new TRVs with remote sensors. Didn’t offer to upgrade the ones they installed or credit me for the nee ones. Basically said “too bad so sad”.
Tucker W was very friendly and efficient in his time at our house! He quickly fixed the problem at hand and went out of his way to educate us on preventing similar issues in the future. Would definitely recommend Heinrichs!
