Very helpful knowledgeable Doctor. Been with him a number of years, and would see him again. 1 point deducted because they are cash/check only, do not handle insurance payments, and do not do appointment reminder calls.

Clinically, I felt very safe in his care. Customer service is very poor. He schedules long vacations without any notice and minimal back up. You call and are told that he will be gone for three weeks. Good luck. If his office staff are off, it can be days before you can speak to an actual person. Office staff not accomodating or helpful. It's like she is doing you a favor. And he takes no insurance.
