Great job Great follow up when one of the wheel sensors failed, and they replaced it, no charge, no hassle.
Thank you! I was very impressed with Mike and his crew. Even though I had an appointment for an alignment and oil change, they were able to handle me adding 2 more jobs - a rear differential seal and a new battery - and they still got me out of there lickity split! I will recommend this shop to all my friends and I will be back!
Overall I had a good experience Overall I had a good experience at Heinold & Feller. I had my brakes replaced. The only issue was that both new sets of drums were defective. Because of this, my car had to be serviced 2 days in a row instead of just a half day. Andy was very helpful and made sure that the problem was fixed. He gave us a discount for the inconvenience and was very apologetic.
